RESEARCH INSTITUTES ARE IMPORTANT PROJECT PARTNERS

A new recognition for the IUAV University - the winner of one of the best paper awards of the twentieth edition of the International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications.

The paper "Some considerations on the role of universities and research centers in EU-funded sustainable mobility projects" by Francesco Bruzzone and Silvio Nocera was the winner of one of the best paper awards of the twentieth edition of the "International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications"(ICCSA).

The work dwelled upon the experiences made by Silvio Nocera research group within the MOBILITAS, SMART-COMMUTING and SMILE projects, to make a point for the positive content of the presence of the research institutes within the Interreg projects. A formal acknowledgement was made in order to specify that the research has been funded through the Interreg Central Europe Programme (2014-2020) under Project SMART-COMMUTING, and through the Interreg Adrion Programme (2014-2020) under Project SMILE.
